Free Kit membership for eligible CommBank Yello customers*

CommBank Yello is Commonwealth Bank’s customer recognition program. Kit membership is free for eligible CommBank Yello customers.

To receive free Kit membership, share your CommBank Yello details with Kit, so we can check your eligibility and waive your Kit monthly membership fee if you are an eligible CommBank Yello customer. 

Steps to share your CommBank Yello details with Kit 

To continue, you must have both CommBank and Kit apps on the same device. 

  1. Open the Kit app.
  2. Enter the Boss profile.
  3. Tap on the menu icon.
  4. Tap ‘Manage membership’.
  5. Tap ‘Get free Kit membership by sharing your CommBank Yello tier’.
  6. Tap ‘Open CommBank app to share’.
  7. The CommBank app will launch. Follow the prompts. Make sure you choose to share your tier with Kit.
  8. On returning to the Kit app, you should see confirmation that you have shared your CommBank information with Kit. 

The data share is valid for 12 months, and you will be prompted again to share your details after that time. 

What happens if I shared my details, but it said I was ineligible?  

Kit uses your data in line with the Kit Privacy Policy and CommBank uses your data in line with the CommBank Privacy Policy.
