What if I am not an authorised operator of the Youthsaver account?

To link a Youthsaver account to Kit, the Boss (admin) must be an authorised operator of the Youthsaver account. Only the Boss (admin) can link a Youthsaver in Kit. Co-Boss profiles cannot link a Youthsaver or view any related Youthsaver information. If you are the Boss in Kit but not an authorised operator of the CommBank Youthsaver account you wish to link, you’ll need to visit a CommBank branch to be added as an authorised operator.
