Can you provide bank statements for my Kit account?
If you email support@heykit.com.au from your email address registered with your Kit account, we are able to provide you with screenshots of your transaction history. We are able to supply a letter confirming your account holding if required, however we are unable to provide official statements.
To view the transaction history for the account:
- Open the Kit app.
- Tap on ‘Spend’ in the menu bar for your kid’s profile.
