Withdrawing cash

Your child can withdraw from ATMs within Australia using the Kit prepaid card up to $150 per 24 hours rolling. Kit does not charge any ATM fees, however certain ATM operators may charge their own fees.

Select ‘Credit’ when asked to select an account type. Note that only funds in the Card account (i.e. not Stacks) can be withdrawn.

Your child cannot use their Kit card to withdraw cash from merchants or overseas ATMs. 

ATM withdrawals not working

ATM withdrawals may be turned off in Card Controls under Manage Card and Spend. A Boss can turn this back on in the app at any time.
