Card lock
When a card is locked, your child cannot make purchases in-store or online.
To lock the Kit card:
- Open the Kit app.
- Navigate to your child’s profile. You can do this by entering your Boss profile then tapping on your child’s name, or selecting the child’s profile on the ‘Who’s there?’ screen.
- Tap on the ‘Spend’ tab.
- Tap ‘Lock card’.
- Tap ‘Yes’ at the prompt.
Your child cannot unlock the card once it’s locked, you will be required to enter your Boss Code.
What happens when I unlock the card?
When you unlock your child’s card, we restore your saved card control settings. If you’ve turned off things like online payments or ATM withdrawals, those will stay off after unlocking.
