Closing a Co-Boss account

To close your Co-Boss account, contact us.

Important

  • You’ll lose access to all linked kids

  • Closing a Co-Boss account does not close the associated children’s Kit accounts or the Boss profile

What happens if the Boss I’m linked to closes their Kit account?

If the Boss (admin) closes their Kit account, Co-Bosses will lose access to all linked kids. You can join another family using a new invite code.

What happens to my data after I’ve closed my account?

Your information will be securely retained for a period of 7 years afterwards, or such other period of time as required under specific legislation relating to the type of information held (for example under the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism-Financing Act 2006 (Cth)). We may also retain database backups for 12 months which may contain personal information collected under Privacy Policy for the purposes of complying with applicable laws. We may continue to retain de-identified information for analytical and reporting purposes.
