Help, I received an email ‘Account blocked’
If you enter the wrong password too many times, your account will be temporarily blocked and you will receive the following email from no-reply@heykit.com.au with the subject ‘Account blocked’. This email is legitimate.
Text: We detected suspicious activity in your Kit account. If this is your IP address, follow the Unblock link. Otherwise disregard this email.
Tap ‘Unblock’ to unblock your account, and reset your password if you have forgotten it.
