Help, my app is hanging

If your app is hanging, try these steps to fix:

  • Check if you have the latest version of the app, and update the app if you are not on the latest version.
  • Close or kill the app (not just minimise it) and re-open.
  • Particularly if you’re on a tablet, check if your internet connection is reliable. Sometimes the app may hang if the device cannot connect to the app store to check if you are on the latest version.
