Important: You need to have at least one kid profile to use Kit. If you delete the only kid profile, the entire Kit account will be deleted. If you would like to continue using Kit, add a new child before deleting the profile.
How to delete a kid profile
Important: You cannot delete a kid profile while there is a balance remaining or pending transactions. Please ensure all pending transactions have cleared and transfer all remaining funds out of Kit.
- Open the Kit app
- Enter the Boss Profile
- Tap on the menu icon
- Go to ‘(Child’s) settings’
- Tap on ‘Delete (child’s) profile’
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Deleting a kid profile is permanent and profiles cannot be recovered.
If deleting a kid profile results in having only one child in Kit, you will be moved to a single child plan.
Please note that there is a maximum of 5 kid profiles created in Kit. If a profile is deleted, it will still count towards the 5 profiles.
