Ordering a new card
To order a new card:- Open the Kit app.
- Enter the Boss profile.
- Tap on the menu icon.
- Go to ‘(Child’s) settings’.
- Tap on ‘Lost, stolen or compromised card’.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
There are no fees for ordering a new card.
Please note that if you do order a new card, the original card will be cancelled and cannot be reactivated.
Physical cards may take up to 7-12 business days to be delivered.
The digital card is available directly after ordering. You can find the details of the new card in the app or add the card to a digital wallet.
