How do I order a new card?

To order a new card:

Open the Kit app
Enter the Boss profile
Tap on the menu icon
Go to ‘(Child’s) settings’
Tap on ‘Lost, stolen or compromised card’
Follow the on-screen instructions

Please note that if you do order a new card, the original card will be cancelled and cannot be reactivated. You can find the details of the new card in the app directly after ordering it.

There are no fees for ordering a new card.
