Ordering a new card

To order a new card:
  1. Open the Kit app.
  2. Enter the Boss profile.
  3. Tap on the menu icon.
  4. Go to ‘(Child’s) settings’.
  5. Tap on ‘Lost, stolen or compromised card’.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

There are no fees for ordering a new card. 

Please note that if you do order a new card, the original card will be cancelled and cannot be reactivated. 

Physical cards may take up to 7-12 business days to be delivered.  

The digital card is available directly after ordering. You can find the details of the new card in the app or add the card to a digital wallet
