How do I update my personal details?

To change your email address or phone number 

Contact us using the email address associated with your account. We will verify you over the phone and then change it on your behalf.  

To change your name 

Email support@heykit.com.au using the email address associated with your account. Please include supporting documentation such as updated identification documents (e.g. driver licence or passport), a Marriage Certificate or a Change of Name Certificate. 

To change your address 

1. Open the Kit app
2. Log in as the Boss
3. Tap on the menu button
4. Tap ‘Account settings’
5. Tap ‘Personal details’
6. Update the address and tap ‘Update’
