How does Kit take payments? How do I change the account you take fees from?

Your Kit membership fee will be automatically debited from your ‘Boss Linked Account’, which is also used to transfer money into the Kit account. To view or update where fee payments will be taken, follow these steps: 

  1. Open the Kit app.
  2. Enter the Boss Profile.
  3. Tap on the menu icon.
  4. Tap ‘Account Settings’
  5. Tap ‘Manage Boss Linked Account’.

Notes: 

  • The account holder of this bank account must be the same as the Kit account holder.
  • The bank account that is linked to Kit for transfers into the Kit account is the same bank account that will be used to deduct fees. You cannot nominate a separate bank account to pay the fees.

Fees are charged either monthly or yearly. To review payments that have been taken, or change how often you’ll get charged, access the 'Manage subscription’ screen
