Wrong email or password
If you enter the wrong username/password combination too many times, then you will be locked out of your account. You will be able to try logging in again or request a password reset after 24 hours.
If you do not receive your password reset email, please check your junk folder first.
If you still cannot find the password reset email or notice your email address has a spelling mistake, contact us at support@heykit.com.au.
