I can’t turn on instant transfers

There are several reasons you may not be able to turn on instant transfers:

  • The bank account you are using as your Boss Linked Account is not eligible for PayTo

  • Your bank has not enabled PayTo

  • There is a temporary outage

Your bank account is not eligible for PayTo:

  • Update your Boss Linked Account to one that is enabled for direct debit and Osko

  • Youthsaver accounts are NOT eligible
