If you are an iOS user, please update your app to version 1.0.31 or above to fix this issue. You can check if you have the latest app by going into the App Store (iOS) and go to the Kit page. If you have the latest version already, the main button will show as ‘OPEN’. If there is an update available, the button will show as ‘UPDATE’.
