How do I resend the PayTo agreement to my bank / my PayTo agreement timed out

If a previously sent PayTo agreement has timed out, or you have re-opened your account and need to set up PayTo again, request new PayTo agreements to be sent to your bank. 

  1. Open the Kit app.
  2. Enter the Boss Profile.
  3. Tap on the menu icon.
  4. Go to ‘Account settings’.
  5. Tap on ‘Manage Boss Linked Account’.
  6. If no children have existing PayTo agreements
    1. Tap the link ‘Turn on instant transfers’ to send Kit PayTo agreements for all kids.
  7. If some children have existing PayTo agreements
    1. Tap on ‘Manage instant transfers’.
    2. Tap the link ‘Turn on instant transfers’ for each child that does not yet have a Kit PayTo agreement.

 

  • You must approve PayTo agreements within 5 days, otherwise the agreement will expire and you will need to send new PayTo agreements from the Kit app.
  • You must approve separate agreements for each child. If you have 3 children, you will receive 3 Kit PayTo agreements and all 3 must be approved for each child to have instant transfers.
