I’m a Bankwest customer and can’t approve my Kit PayTo agreement

We’re aware of Bankwest customers unable to approve their Kit PayTo agreement. Bankwest has a default PayTo authorisation limit of $300, which is less than the Kit PayTo agreement limit of $1000.

To proceed, you will need to update the Bankwest PayTo authorisation limit to $1000. Log in to your Bankwest account on your desktop or laptop (not the Bankwest app) to raise the limit for PayTo agreements to $1000. After you’ve raised the PayTo authorisation limit, open your Bankwest app and approve the Kit PayTo agreement.
