Ensure that you are logged in as the boss, you have the latest version of Kit downloaded and that your notifications are turned on.
Kit sends you real-time spend notifications, and if you’ve set up a PayDay, reminders that PayDay is tomorrow, a prompt to approve PayDay (if you have turned ‘boss approval’ on), and a notification when PayDay is paid. If you are not receiving these, ensure that:
1) You are logged in as the Boss
2) You have the latest version of Kit downloaded (check by visiting Kit on your app store)
3) Your notifications are turned on:
- On an iPhone, go to Settings > Notifications > Kit and choose ‘Allow Notifications’. Set ‘Show Previews’ to ‘Always’. You may need to restart your device.
- On Android, go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Get notifications from these senders select Kit and ensure notifications are turned on. You may need to restart your device.
