The password reset email should typically arrive within a few minutes.
If it has not:
- Check that your mailbox is not full.
- Check your junk folder.
- Ensure you are using the same email address you used to register with Kit (the
adult’s email address) and have not made any spelling errors. - Whitelist no-reply@heykit.com.au or add to your contact list to ensure you will
receive email from us. - If you have previously marked a Kit email as spam, this may prevent you from
receiving email from us. You can unmark the email as spam or contact
support@heykit.com.au.
Please reach out to support@heykit.com.au if you need further assistance, or to change
your email address.
For Hotmail users
For some customers, Hotmail automatically filters Kit emails. You will need to create a new contact to make sure you receive Kit emails.
- Follow Microsoft’s instructions on how to add a new contact.
- Create a new contact with no-reply@heykit.com.au as the email.
- Request a new password reset.
