I’m not receiving the reset password email 

The password reset email should typically arrive within a few minutes.

If it has not:

  • Check that your mailbox is not full.
  • Check your junk folder.
  • Ensure you are using the same email address you used to register with Kit (the
    adult’s email address) and have not made any spelling errors.
  • Whitelist no-reply@heykit.com.au or add to your contact list to ensure you will
    receive email from us.
  • If you have previously marked a Kit email as spam, this may prevent you from
    receiving email from us. You can unmark the email as spam or contact
    support@heykit.com.au.
