I’m not receiving the verification SMS

Here are some common solutions if you’re not receiving the verification SMS sent to your mobile number. 

Check the mobile number. 

If you don’t receive the SMS while creating your account, make sure you’ve entered the correct number. Tap the back button to edit the number and send the SMS to the correct number. 

Check your spam or blocked messages folder. 

Your device or app may have marked the messages as spam. Access your spam or blocked messages folder and mark the messages as ‘not spam’ or ‘not junk’ to make sure you receive messages in the future. 

You requested a verification code more than 10 times in one hour. 

SMSes may be blocked if you request a code more than 10 times in one hour. Try again later. 

There is an error with your mobile carrier. 

Try again later.
