Why didn’t my child get the correct PayDay split amount saved into their Stacks or CommBank Youthsaver accounts?
- Make sure that PayDay has processed correctly. Find out why your child did not receive their PayDay.
If the PayDay has processed correctly but the amounts transferred to their Stacks or Youthsaver accounts appears incorrect, review the PayDay split allocations.
- Note that the amount that gets transferred depends on how much they earned that PayDay period.
- Your child may also have deleted Stacks.
