Updating the linked bank account

To update the Boss Linked Account: 

  1. Open the Kit app.
  2. Enter the Boss profile.
  3. Tap on the menu icon.
  4. Tap 'Account settings’.
  5. Tap ‘Manage Boss Linked Account’.
  6. Enter the new details and tap ‘Update’ to save.
  7. If your bank is enabled for PayTo, this will send new PayTo agreements to your bank. Approve the PayTo agreements in your banking app or website. 

 

Important 

  • The bank account must be in the Boss’ name.
  • Ensure that the bank account you link allows direct debits. Some savings accounts do not allow direct debits.
  • After updating the account, you must approve one PayTo agreement for each child to enable instant transfers in Kit. 

 

Issues with updating the Boss Linked Account 

  • You can only change the Boss Linked Account once every 24 hours. If you have recently updated the account, please wait 24 hours before updating again.
  • You can link a bank account to only one Kit account. If you have used that bank account in another Kit account, please nominate another bank account as your Boss Linked Account.
