My child has forgotten their Access Code
To access their kid profile, your child must enter the 4-digit Access Code that was first set up when you created their kid profile. (Note that this is separate to their card PIN.)
If your child knows their current Access Code, only the Boss (admin) can help update it.
If they have forgotten their Access Code, the Boss (admin) can reset it:
- Open the Kit app.
- Enter the Boss profile.
- Tap on the menu icon.
- Go to ‘(Child)’s settings’.
- Tap on ‘Update Access Code’.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
