Why is my transfer showing as ‘Pending’? How do I transfer money instantly?

When you make a transfer using the Kit app from the Boss Linked Account or set up PayDay, funds processed via direct debit will take up to 3 business days to clear. Until this happens, you will see ‘Pending’ on your transaction list.

How do I transfer money instantly?

If your bank is PayTo enabled

Set a PayTo agreement so that all transfers in the Kit app (such as using the ‘Transfer’ function and PayDays) are instant.

How do I set up instant transfers with PayTo?

If your bank is not PayTo enabled

You can get instant transfers by transferring from your banking app to your child’s account via BSB and account number. The first transfer may be held for 24 hours for security purposes, but after that it should be instant, or close to.

Where do I find my kid’s BSB and account number?

Unless you have PayTo, the in-app ‘Transfer’ function and PayDays are paid via direct debit, which may take up to 3 business days to clear.
