Where can I find my Sydney Zoo discount code?

If you are a Kit member, your Sydney Zoo code will be sent to you via email. If you haven’t received your Sydney Zoo discount code, please check the following: 

• Check that the email isn’t in your junk or spam folder.
• Check that you requested your code using the same email linked to your Kit account.

I am a Kit customer, but I never received a Sydney Zoo discount code via email.

If you haven’t received your Sydney Zoo discount code, please check the following: 

• Check that the email isn’t in your junk or spam folder.
• Check that you used the same email that is linked to your Kit account.  

This offer is available to Kit customers who have created a Kit account through the Kit app, including linking a parent/guardian bank account and creating a child profile.
