What can a Co‑Boss see and do?

A Co-Boss is a trusted adult who can help manage your kids’ Kit accounts. They can see activity and help with day-to-day money management, like tracking spending, managing Stacks, and ticking off jobs.

A Co-Boss can’t move money out of Kit or change who owns the account.

What can a Co‑Boss see?

A Co-Boss can see details for the kids they’re linked to, including:

  • Card and spend, including card balance, transactions, and card details (including card number)

  • Stacks, including the goal, balance, and transfers in/out

  • Kit BSB and account number

  • Jobs in Earn, and PayDay progress

They can’t see any kids they’re not linked to.

What can a Co‑Boss do?

A Co-Boss can:

  • Log in with their own account

  • View kids’ activity and account details

  • Receive spend notifications and declined transaction notifications

  • Lock a card

  • Transfer money between the Kit card and Stacks

  • Create and manage Stacks

  • Tick off jobs in Earn

  • Contact Kit Support

What doesn’t a Co-Boss have access to?

A Co-Boss can’t:

  • Access or transfer money from the Boss Linked Account

  • Transfer money out of Kit

  • Unlock a locked card

  • Block or unblock merchants

  • Update daily spend limits

  • Create a PayDay

  • Edit or approve a PayDay (coming soon)

  • Dispute transactions

  • Reset a card PIN

  • Close or cancel kids’ accounts

  • Create new kids in Kit

  • Help a child login on their own device

  • View or manage any linked Commbank Youthsaver accounts

  • Invite a Co-Boss
