What is PayTo?

PayTo lets you make fast, secure payments directly from your bank account. Unlike direct debit, which may take up to 3 business days to clear, PayTo transfers are instant.

PayTo is developed by NPP Australia in collaboration with banks, fintechs and payment service providers. NPP Australia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Australian Payments Plus, that also includes BPAY Group and eftpos.

Go to the PayTo website.

How much does it cost?

There are no fees for using PayTo.

How do I know if my bank has PayTo?

Go to the PayTo website or check with your bank if they have PayTo.

Can I lower the $1000 PayTo agreement limit?

The PayTo agreement limit is set at $1,000 in order to align with Kit’s daily inbound transfer limit of $1,000, and cannot be amended. By accepting the agreement, no funds are committed to Kit. Fund transfers are initiated by you inside the Kit App, either by making a one-off transfer, or by setting up a PayDay.
