Why am I seeing a “Cannot find this page” error?
This error usually appears when Kit tried to open the CommBank app but fails, taking you to a webpage with an error instead of the CommBank app.
If this error occurs, first go directly to the CommBank app and log in. Then go back to Kit with the logged-in CommBank app running in the background and retry the experience.
If that does not work:
- Ensure both apps are updated to the latest version
- Restart your device
- Change your internet connection

iOS users
When iOS users have their default browser set to Chrome rather than Safari, apps can interact differently. If your default browser is Chrome please try changing it to Safari and re-try the experience.
I’ve tried this but the link still doesn’t work. What should I do?
Android customers
On some Android devices, especially Samsung phones. Deep links can be turned off by default, which prevents apps from opening supported links automatically.
How do I enable deep links on a Samsung device?
Method 1: Enable “Open links in apps” (General setting)
This is the main system-level setting that allows apps to open supported links.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Tap Choose default apps (this may be under a General submenu).
- Tap Opening links.
- Toggle Open links in apps to ON.
Method 2: Enable links for a specific app
If a particular app is opening links in the browser instead of the app, you can enable links just for that app.
- Open Settings > Apps.
- For both the Kit app and CBA app: Tap Open by default.
- Toggle Open supported links to ON.
- Under Supported web addresses, make sure the relevant links are checked.
I’ve tried this, but the link still doesn’t work. What should I do?
Attempt the same action on a different device If the issue is still not resolved, contact support with details about the device and link you’re trying to open and a screenshot of the error message you are receiving.
