Why do I get a ‘BSB and account number not found’ message when transferring from CBA?

We’re aware of some customers receiving a ‘BSB and account number not found’ message when transferring with Commonwealth Bank using payee search. This is expected because you have recently set up a new Kit Account. If you’ve confirmed the BSB and account number are correct, you are safe to proceed to the payment.
