Why does only one of my kids have instant transfers with PayTo?

This occurs when only one Kit PayTo agreement has been approved. Note that you will receive separate agreements for each child. If you have 3 children, you will receive 3 Kit PayTo agreements. Make sure that you approve all 3 agreements so that all your kids will receive instant transfers.

Log in to your banking app or website to locate and approve the Kit PayTo agreements.

If you are a CommBank customer, you can navigate to see all of your agreements by:

  • Going to the Accounts tab
  • Select Upcoming bills & payments
  • Scroll to the bottom and select PayTo
  • You will see a list of PayTo agreements that are awaiting approval and active.

If there are no agreements, they may have timed out. You will need to request new Kit PayTo agreements in the Kit App.
