Why has my account been suspended?

If you do not use your Kit account for 90 days before your next fee charge date, we will temporarily suspend your account and then return funds to the Boss Linked Account. We do this because Kit has obligations to customers and regulators, which means that we cannot knowingly charge you a fee if we see that you are not using the product.

When your account is suspended, you and your child will not be able to use the Kit prepaid card and app.

Preventing your account from suspension

Log in to the app at least once every 3 months. If you switch to an annual subscription plan you will only be suspended at the end of the 12-month period if you become inactive for the 90 days prior to your membership renewal.

If your account is suspended

Contact us at support@heykit.com.au to lift the suspension. Otherwise, if we do not hear from you for a further 90 days after your account has been suspended, we will close your account. If you would like to use Kit again, contact us at support@heykit.com.au.

Important: If your account is closed, you will forfeit any waivers or promotions you have applied. You will also be required to sign up for Kit again should you choose to return.
