Why is my card transaction still pending?
When you make a purchase, the transaction may appear as ‘Pending’. This is due to the merchant not finalising the transaction and should clear within a few days.
Some merchants may place a $0 pending amount on the account. If this transaction does not disappear after a few days, contact the merchant if you have queries about the transaction.
Note that pending transactions still count towards your spend limit.
