Your child's Kid Profile

The first time you set up the Kit App

The first time you set up the Kit App you will create a profile for 1 child. During this time your child will be asked to choose a card colour, create a 4-digit Access Code, and a 4-digit PIN.

You can add additional children after setting up the app for the first time. How do I add another child?

Updating your child’s Access Code and/or card PIN

We understand that codes and PINs get forgotten from time to time. Both the Access Code and card PIN can be changed by following these steps:

  1. Log into the Boss Account using your 6-digit Boss Code.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
  3. Select your kid’s settings.
  4. Tap on ‘Update Access Code’ or ‘Update card PIN’, whichever is relevant.
  5. Follow the app prompts.

Can I add children that are not my own?

Whether you are a parent, a stepparent, a legal guardian, or a grandparent, you can register with Kit and set up a profile and card for your child.

Can they see each other's profiles?

Each child has their own profile, and a 4-digit Access Code. Children are unable to view each other's accounts, unless they share their Access Code, or they remain logged into their profile on a shared device.
