My child's card hasn't arrived
Please allow 7 to 12 business days from when you signed up for your card to arrive; delivery time is dependent on Australia Post.
If it’s been more than 12 business days, please reorder the card in the Kit app. Note that if you do reorder the card, the original cards will be cancelled and cannot be reactivated, so if they do arrive, you will need to cut them up and throw them away.
To check if you have the right card, look up the card details in the app and it will display the details of the active card there.
