What is a stack?

Stacks are a place for your kid to save their money, set and achieve their goals. Money saved in Stacks cannot be spent on their card, unless they transfer it over.  Every child starts with one Stack called ‘My first savings goal’, and they can create up to 10.

How do I set up a stack?

To set up a stack:
1. Open the Kit App and click on ‘Stack’ in the menu bar at the bottom, in your kid's profile.
2. Tap ‘New Stack’ and edit the Stack name, goal amount and due date by tapping into the fields. Tap ‘Done’ to save.
3. Customise the Stack colour and add stickers by tapping the ‘Smiley Face’ button. Hit ‘Done’ to save.
4. Your child can transfer money from their card into the Stack by hitting the ‘Transfer’ button.

How do I transfer to a stack?
As a parent or child, you can transfer from the Kit Card to a Stack using the ‘Transfer’ button found on the Spend or Stack screen.

Tap the 'Transfer' button, choose the 'Card', and then choose the Stack you'd like to transfer to.

Your child can also move money between Stacks, if they have more than one Stack.
