The name on my child’s card is wrong, how do I change my child’s name?

If you are not changing their last name

  1. Open the Kit app
  2. Log in as the Boss
  3. Tap on the menu button
  4. Go to ‘(Child’s) settings’
  5. Tap ‘Change name or age’
  6. Update the name or age and tap ‘Update’
This will instantly update your child’s name in the app. To receive a card with the new name, please order a new card.

If you are changing their last name

To change your child’s last name, create a new kid profile with the new last name, which will order a new card with the updated name.

This will involve transferring funds from the previous profile to your Boss Linked Account so you can transfer the funds to the new profile.

You can then delete the previous kid profile after setting up the new profile.

Please note that there is a maximum of 5 kid profiles created in Kit. If a profile is deleted, it will still count towards the 5 profiles.
