If you had a Youthsaver linked to Kit that is no longer appearing in the app, it may be due to:
- You have requested for the data sharing to be cancelled via NetBank, the CommBank app or the Kit app.
- It has been 12 months since you provided your original consent to data share.
- You (or your child) are required to provide personal information to ensure it is up to date (for example, updated ID requirements).
- Your child has turned 18 years old.
- Your child who is 14 or older has requested to remove your Authority on their Youthsaver account.
