If your child has misplaced their card, lock the card immediately to prevent any unauthorised transactions. Locking the card can be helpful if you have lost the card but think it might still be found, or if you are still investigating whether a transaction is fraudulent.
When a card is locked, your child cannot make purchases. However, you can still transfer money into the account or move money between Card and Stacks.
To lock the Kit card:- Open the Kit app.
- Go to your kid’s profile.
- Tap on the ‘Spend’ tab.
- Tap ‘Lock card’.
- Tap ‘Yes’ at the prompt.
A child cannot unlock the card once it’s locked, you will be required to enter your Boss Code.
If you think the card has been compromised or lost, order a new card instead and dispute any fraudulent transactions.
