Help, we’ve lost the card
If your child has misplaced their card, lock the card immediately to prevent any unauthorised transactions. Both Boss (admin) and Co-Boss profiles can lock the card. Locking the card can be helpful if you have lost the card but think it might still be found, or if you are still investigating whether a transaction is fraudulent.
If you think the card has been compromised or lost, the Boss (admin) can order a new card and dispute any fraudulent transactions. Only the Boss (admin) can unlock the card, report it as lost or stolen, and dispute transactions.
