Add a Co‑Boss to your Kit account

To add a Co-Boss, you’ll need to invite them:

1. Open the Kit app and tap the menu icon

2. Tap 'Invite a Co-Boss'

3. Choose which kids to link them to 

4. Enter their mobile number 

5. Share the invite code

They’ll need to sign up using the same mobile number and the invite code.

How long does a Co‑Boss invite last?

Invite codes expire after 72 hours. If it expires, you can create a new invite code and share with your Co-Boss.

What if I sent the invite to the wrong person?

To join as a Co-Boss, the person must sign up using the same mobile number you entered when creating the invite.

If you shared the code with the wrong person:

• They won’t be able to use it unless they also own the mobile number you entered when generating the code

• Share the code with the correct person

If you entered the wrong mobile number:

• Create a new invite with the correct number

• Share the new code

You will receive an email and in-app notification when a Co-Boss joins your account. If you’re worried that someone who shouldn’t has access to your Kit account, contact Kit Support and we can remove their access.

Can I resend a Co‑Boss invite?

No. You can’t resend, cancel or manage invites in the app. If the code expires or is lost, create a new invite in the app.
