I don’t see the ‘Turn on instant transfers’ option
If you have already approved your PayTo agreement(s), you will no longer see this option.
If you have not yet approved any PayTo agreements, this means that your bank is not yet enabled for PayTo. Transfers will go via direct debit and may take up to 3 business days to clear.
We are aware of a small number of banks which are PayTo enabled, but are not yet appearing as PayTo enabled in the app. This is because we are still working to enable these banks.
