I can’t turn on instant transfers
There are several reasons you may not be able to turn on instant transfers:

The bank account you are using as your Boss Linked Account is not eligible for PayTo

Your bank has not enabled PayTo

There is a temporary outage
Your bank account is not eligible for PayTo:

Update your Boss Linked Account to one that is enabled for direct debit and Osko

Youthsaver accounts are NOT eligible
Updating the linked bank account
Your bank has not enabled PayTo

Contact your bank or visit PayTo for consumers to check whether your bank has enabled PayTo
Which banks are enabled for PayTo
