If you have a valid Apple ID or Google account and Kit account, you can easily add your card to your digital wallet from the Kit app and use it to pay anywhere that accepts contactless payments. You’ll need to be over 13 to use Apple Pay, and over 16 to use Google Pay. Make sure you have the parent or carer that helped set up the Kit app nearby. They will need to approve by entering the Boss code and a one-time passcode that we will text to their mobile number. Then you can add your Kit card to your digital wallet.
Make sure your Kit app is up to date before getting started.
- If you’re using an iOS device, your Apple Wallet app is already on your phone. If you are using an Android device, ensure you’ve downloaded the Google Wallet ™️ app.
- Open your Kit app and pass the phone to your parent or carer so they can log in to their Boss account. They will complete steps 3 to 6.
- From Boss overview, tap ‘Card available’ on the relevant child’s profile.
- Tap the ‘Manage’ button.
- Tap ‘Add card to Apple Wallet’ or ‘Add card to Google Wallet’.
- Follow the prompts to add the card.
Your Kit card can be added to multiple devices, so your parent or carer can set this up on their device too. Need help? Check out our detailed FAQs.
